I’ve been a headache/sinus infections sufferer for more than 7 years. I was averaging about 4 headaches a week and using a variety of prescription medications to help prevent allergy/sinus infections and headaches as well as using over the counter pain medication when needed. I was constantly visiting my ENT regarding these problems and I also had a surgery on my sinuses in 2009. Nothing was really helping until one of my co-workers introduced me to acupuncture medicine. I did lots of researches and I finally decided to do it. I found Seneca in our neighborhood hospital and my life changed since the first visit. Seneca started procedures with me about once a week, then once every other week and then monthly treatments. All I can say is WOW! Within 12 sessions, I was much better. It has been 8 months that I am 99% medication free. I am amazed at what acupuncture has done for me. My life is different now. I started going to Seneca for help with menopause symptoms. I was skeptical at first, not sure if it would help, but I was referred to Seneca by someone I trust who said Seneca had helped her. I didn't know what to expect, but was willing to try and open to the idea of acupuncture. Within 3 treatments from Seneca I was seeing a marked improvement. I began having less hot flashes, more energy, better concentration and ability to focus and sleeping better through the night. After 4 treatments, I had significant improvements in all areas. I have always been in tune with my body and was able to specifically tell Seneca what was bothering me and what I suspected was causing my trouble relating any progress during the week. She was terrific at listening and paying attention to what I said and placed the needles in places that corresponded to those areas. She would sometimes tweak things on the next visit. Within 5-6 treatments I was feeling like my former self. I have been thoroughly pleased with the treatment I received from her. I'm still sad that she moved to Oklahoma. I've been to 2 other licensed acupuncturist professionals since she moved, but they don't hold a candle to her! I would highly recommend her to anyone considering acupuncture.

My experience with Seneca began when I reached out to her services for irregular menstrual cycles. I had previously had some experience with our acupuncture professionals in the past, however none match up to the care that Seneca provided! She is absolutely wonderful and extremely professional. Upon my initial visit, she performed a thorough history check and really probed by asking open ended questions. I only saw her for 8 weeks & noticed marked improvement in the regularity of my cycle. In fact, we were hoping to conceive this year and while under her care - I was able to successfully get pregnant!
